Since some students don't like to watch news and keep up with current events this website could help them achieve that, which can help in Mr. Hesse's class!...it doesn't pose the threat of finding inappropriate material material like YouTube or even some MSN video content.
I think this site is a good site for students to go to if they want to share things. It's also a good site to look back on when your 20 years older then you are now and say I really did that? I like watching other schools and what they like to do.
I think that this website could be very beneficial especially since a lot of kids these days don't pay attention to news because they either never have time to pay attention to what's going on in the world around them or they just don't care so ya...I agree with Brett when he says that it doesn't pose the threat of finding inappropriate material too...

Overall school tube is a good video website and could be used for many educational reasons and plus all videos are clean unlike other video websites
I guess, it's a pretty good idea. I'd love to know what's going on in that school, even when I'm back in Europe. That would be pretty cool. And the students here can share whatever they want to and they also know what other schools are doing.

I liked the website overall. There was a lot of interesting things that you can view without worrying about accidentally pulling up something inappropriate on like you tube and then getting in trouble.

I think that the students don't like the news and some do like it. I guess its up to the students to see whether they like it or not. Cuz some students don't like to be on the internet.
I think that this website could be very beneficial to kids because a lot of kids these days don't pay attention to the news because they either don't have time to or because they just don't care...I also agree with brett when he says that it does not pose the threat of finding inappropriate material that other sites do...
Since some students dont like to watch the news and i think that all the kids that watch youtube and it usally has bad content in them and some msn video content i also think this will help all the kids do all of there homework and i think they will have more fun with it.
I think its pretty cool that you can go to the site and watch videos people have made and it helps give ideas on what you could do and you will always be able to go back and watch these videos. Plus I like to see what other schools are doing too.

I like it. I think it is a good idea and would help get different people involved. It would be pretty cool to watch alot of the videos.
I think the schooltube is a great idea because it is a neat way to show student news and also could be a very educating tool. I think the schooltube could be used for sporting events, school musicals, and also band concerts. It is great way for people to watch if they are not at the event.
Not too shabby, needs more of a variety of music vidoes, but its a pretty cool, clean site.
its a great idea to finally have a website that is filtered of all the gunk from the internet and get students news from around the globe

I think this website was a really good idea. I think it would be neat for us to share the things we do here at public. The videos I watched of other schools were really neat. Some of the videos on there on very interesting and its cool seeing what students at other schools are like compared to us.
I think this site would be great for students. Also it would be great for many educational reasons. It would be pretty cool to check out videos from different school and what not.

I think it is an excellent idea. It kind of reminds me of channel one but it is more student driven. I think it could be used for good educational purposes, and like everyone else said, it isn't like youtube where there could be explicit stuff on it so I don't see anything wrong with it.
I think it's a good site to view videos of past news casts or updates in current events etc., it's also alot like youtube but much more organized
I think that it can be used as an educational use but like me when i see a boring video I usually don't watch it because i think it is a waste of time when you could watch videos that are funny and maybe a little educational.
I like the site. I think it's neat that the videos are all original student videos. After looking at it, its not only informative, but there's also some funny and interesting things on there too. I'm looking forward to using it in the future.

I think this website was a really good idea. I think it would be neat for students to watch news without have to look up certain websites or finding a certain news channel. The videos I watched of other schools were really interesting. Seeing what other schools do is pretty interesting as well.
This site is pretty neat for educational uses. I like seeing what other kids around the country are doing, and it can be used to stay up to date on topics taking place around us. Here at OHS this would be a good site to publish videos of the activities going on like sporting events, fine art activities, and so on. Students interested in broadcasting, movie making, or other media related subjects would really enjoy this.

well the only thing that would be a problem with it would be if we put something up that their is some one in the video that didn't want to be up then they would be on the video.

I think that it is kinda cool but i dont really use youtube or anything like that very much so it doesnt really matter to me
i think its a good idea because students can be updated on news about school..stuff. But i prefer youtube more though. but not like youtube, you can search for something and you don't get a lot of stuff that you weren't looking for like youtube does.

It is a very good idea to finally come up with media sharing site that is legal for school! The content on the site seems pretty good. I watched the Saw IV parody and that was pretty good. i was a little skeptical at first since it was legal for school. It seems like the sites that are recommended by the school seem to be quite cheesey and not exactly the content that we enjoy. But not bad.
I really like it when websites or other sources allow kids to learn about things that are actually really important and Actually make it Interesting to learn! I think this is a pretty cool website and that it would be beneficial to the students at OHS to share media content and the things that are important to them.
I really like that it has a lot of topics that you can choose from. Also they are funny so they will get kid's attention and hopefully they will learn something through the information that they are getting. But then I also see that kids will just spend there time on that sight just messing around, and not completing the task at hand.
I think this is a cool site. It provides opportunities for teens to check out cool videos while staying safe from content that teachers and parents don't want their kids to see. I think this would have good uses at O'neill Public School for any videos that kids might need for classes or anything.
I think that it could help find good info for us and we don't have to worry about it being blocked because of explicit things. Sometimes for us it is easier to pull information out of a movie or commercial than text, and its hard to find websites with videos that aren't blocked.
i think that this website is fun and educational...it give kids a chance to see whats up in the world today... i just went there, there is a pretty intense video about the game halo three you should check it out.... its a good website

I think its a very good site because it allows students to educate on world news and other important topics in our society without posing the threat of too many distractions.
I think the website is a good tool. It is nice to be able to go on to the website and be able to look at everything without fear that something bad is going to pop up and get you in trouble.
I think SchoolTube looks like a great website! It's very interesting to see how other kids are communicating and learning in different schools. I also think it is cool that you can put your own videos on it so everyone can see them. I think it's good when us as students can see what other kids are involved in and how their schools are different from ours.

I like it kinda like. youtube but there is no risk of finding an inappropriate video. And we all know that the students spend a lot of time on youtube so its kinda of a good balance between students and teachers.

Personally I do not ever use Utube for i like my life private, no one needs to know what i do for fun or if someone had blackmail, you'de be completely in trouble and you could n ever get away from it cuz it is on the internet where everyone can see!
it would just cause more trouble in our school with they way things are now anyways!

I think it is cool that you can go online and watch videos. i dont no if we would use it that much though but other than that it is pretty cool.
i think that the students could really use this web site because i know there is a lot of students that dont keep up with the news and dont care . But i think that this would help them to want to know more about what is going on in the world every day. It could also help in classes in high school and collage courses .
