I learned about layers, masks and channels. As far as how this will help us in life i think that you could save a lot of money with this program if you edited all of your own photos.

I learned how to start the layout of the website and make a banner. I also learned how to change the backround color of my website...which was a relief. As far as how I can use these skills in life, almost every business has their own website so I could help out with that if I ever worked for someone in that area.

I think that the laptops are a really good idea, if not for the younger kids then for the upperclassmen. Having a comp. with us all the time would make it easier to do homework and take notes. Not having to go to the LB. which isnt always open to everyone would be really cool.. All in all I think the 24/7 learning is a great idea~!~

i went to the meeting last night and i learned that we are able to speak our minds in the meeting and that no one will hold it against us and that we will be able to do anything to get computers in everybodys hands i think that it would also be a good thing that every body gets a laptop so that they can take there work home and show their parents what they have been doing in school and they would be able to help the parents learn how to use a mac computer and that they would not be afraid to ask there kids what they are doing in school. I also think the kids should speak there minds and not be afraid what there parents might think about there work and to show that they are responsible enough to have a computer 24/7 and they should be held to responsibility and to be able to show there parents that they can do a lot more than what we think we can.
